We were engaged to a project on Operational Plan. Consisting of 5 members, Andrew led our team. Jacqueline did the presentation. Sulimah & Anita contributed information & ideas as well as vetting the presentation. I worked on the design of the project. It was a well-spent 60 minutes of teamwork.
'Spearhead the straw sculpture business in the Southeast vision', that's the project guide. We were needed to innovate our products. To decide on the 3 core values in relation to the vision. We were to come up with a project name. It was an Entertainment sculpture. For that Andrew decided the sculpture based on the Music Awards.We learned how to delegate jobs accordingly following the competency matrix & RASCI table. We brainstormed about the outlook of the design. We penetrated our ideas into the summarised presentation. To gauge our operational plan systematically. To decide on time-frame (timeline). What resources needed to prepare; for example the straw, people, equipment and training. The end result was the 'Deliverables', which was the award.
